AT THE BLACKWELL

The Blackwell began the 2003 season with a new dinner menu and is now kicking it up a notch every weekend by offering special appetizers, entrees and desserts.

Look for tasty specials such as chicken satay (chicken strips marinated in a peanut curry sauce, placed on skewers and grilled over an open flame), Coconut shrimp with a spicy chipotle sauce, veal cutlets prepared with a chanterelle mushroom sauce, and flank steak topped with morel mushrooms.
